Accounting 4 Small Businesses is owned and operated by Linda Salmans. Ms. Salmans originally started in the corporate world, handling Financials for national corporations with revenues ranging up to multi-billion dollar enterprises as well as providing financial accounting or consulting services for a multitude of diverse Small Businesses.
Ms. Salmans has over twenty years experience in Financial Accounting and ten years Business experience. She also holds two degrees from an illustrious university and college in Accounting and Business. She is a mother of two beautiful daughters whom she raised by herself, climbed the corporate ladder, and designed four of her homes.
Ms. Salmans attributes her successes in the business world to a few factors. She believes an Accountant must always be looking for ways to improve the bottom line and secure the assets of the business. She believes that in the world of Accounting / Finance, to succeed the person should naturally be attentive to details, timely and accurate. She embraces change by always asking "what-if" and "why not" and her ability to think outside the box aids her to design and implement effective process improvements. Ms. Salmans currently holds the position of CFO for another up and coming business as well.
Ms. Salmans moved to Atlanta, GA in late 2005 and is enjoying the Southeastern U.S. Although most of her time she had lived in various cities within California, she has also lived near and worked in Washington, DC.
